Personality: Despite him looking like he's too cool for school, Dallas is a rather sharp and intellectual boy. He likes things fast and with quick results. But with being a rather smart individual, he lacks some common sense when it comes to simple things like putting on the right uniform in the mornings or tying a tie. Dallas is a guy that doesn't like to talk much, to the point were he would reply with quick and brief hand gestures if an answer didn't require a whole sentence. But when he does talk, he would spew the most random or irrelevant things when he does have something to say. And as if his hand gestures weren't strange enough, Dallas also has a weird side to his personality to the point that he could be considered a creeper. He also has a nasty habit of running around topless since he hates the feeling of shirts restricting his movements, finding any opportunity to strip off his shirt.

He gets very weird about his bike helmet he never takes it off unless he knows he's alone for sure. Dallas would even make excuses to his teachers that there's a legit reason why he won't be able to take it off. Although with his helmet on, his voice sounds metallic and almost robotic. He also is very particular about his bike whom he named, Elexia or "Lexy" for short and won't let anyone ride or touch her, being particularly possessive of his baby.

History:
Dallas has been a very strange kid when he was growing up and had an infatuation with all things that went fast, which couldn't be helped since it was in his nature as an electric type. Because of always being too obsessed with being faster than the rest, he has always been a loner because of it, leaving the rest of the kids he hung out with in the dust because of his one-track desire. But then one day he saw a gang of bikers roll by pass him when he was going back from junior high school, which only captivated him. He stalked the group that was local to the area and finally got through to the leader of the pack, which surprised him to see that it was a woman who's name was Elexia. He was completely impressed, and Elexia couldn't help but to notice that ambition in Dallas that she taught him how to drive a motorbike.

It had been a few months that he was already comfortable on a bike and through those months, he developed a crush on the gang's leader. Then finally Dallas found the courage to tell her about his feelings only to find Elexia and her gang demolished at their hang out. A rival gang finally got back at them and he found Elexia the only one left that was conscious enough to talk. She didn't have much time left, and with her last breath she entrusted her bike to Dallas, knowing that it would be in good hands while she was gone. After that day, Dallas was emotionally traumatized into a state of depression, not wanting to show his face to the outside world, especially knowing that the rival gang was still out there wreaking havoc. After a few weeks of mourning for the one person he remotely found interest in, he thought he would ride his sorrows away on the bike he inherited, naming it after Elexia as a tribute to her legacy.

He felt withdrawn from the world by the small bit of horror he had to go through, but knowing Elexia, she probably wanted him to carry on with his life to the fullest, so he tried his best to go back to living a normal life. By the time he got to high school, he made it in his mind to one day avenge Elexia and her gang. That sole ambition building back up in him as he gradually got into conditioning his body to battle better and to become faster than the rest. And ever since the incident, through the struggle of depression, Dallas decided to hide his face behind his helmet until he felt ready to face the rest of the world again.


Other Information:
-Because of the natural static ability he was born with, being close to Dallas or even touching him will give you some static shock or have your hair stand on end.
-If he's surprised or experiences intense emotional feelings, his body would tend to let out an electrical discharge out of reflex to what he is feeling. It's kind of his body's natural defense.
-He can also work as a walking flashlight if he needs to be, using the electricity on the surface of his body to illuminate the area.
-He hates it when people touch his tail so watch out.
